The last post was showing why I love the film, and this is why.
Fight Club is the story of an average joe, a self pitying, isomniac investor in commercialism and capitalism, the very things that cause his hatred of himself and the world around him. Which manifests in every suppressed young males dream, to become a man above law, morality and social stigma.
I am portraying this in my main character, he is the same as Jack or Cornelius of FIght Club and longs to be the man he cannot. And this leads to his downfal and subsequent death, for us to watch and guess at.
