Fight Club-
) The gritty counter culture philosophy of Fight Club is going to be used in the voice over of my scene, as the protagonist narrates his own death.

Memento-
)The reverseing sequences and simplistic scenes with effective settings are going to be used, as we watch our hero being stabbed on a desolate beach on the Thames.

Blue Velvet-
)The drak nature of the antagonist in Blue Velvet  will be imprinted on the villain in my short film, a sexual love of execution and power and an extremely perverse and contorted facial expressions/speech.

13-
)The striking art style of 13, a bleak noir setting wherin weapons, clothes and expressions are shown plainly yet interestingly.


From all I have adapted the average joe in extraordinary circumstances point of view. All these characters went through consideralbe hardships in their respective films and all changed along the way, whether being killed, jaded or becoming villains themselves. Their is always a turning point for each of them and Im going to show an ending to a character. Make up the rest for yourself.
